South Road Superway

The South Road Superway (North South Motorway M2) now open

South Australia’s first elevated roadway is now substantially complete, with the opening of the northbound lanes at midnight 13 March 2014. $842 million is the biggest single investment in a South Australian road project, and the state's most complex engineering road construction project to date. Stage two of the north-south corridor upgrade delivers a 4.8 kilometre non-stop corridor, comprising of a 2.8 kilometre elevated roadway, from the Port River Expressway to Regency Road.
