Penola Southern Bypass Project

 A 2.5-kilometre Penola Southern Bypass is to be built in the South East, between Robe Road and Riddoch Highway (south), as part of the Rural Freight Improvement Program. 

The State Government’s draft Integrated Transport and Land Use Plan (ITLUP) released in October 2013 identified the bypass as a key short term road infrastructure action for the Limestone Coast Region.
